Dominion Power will be intermittently closing one lane at a time on Fleet Street (University Blvd) near Grove Avenue starting Monday, November 9 through Friday, November 20, to install power lines under the road. The closure will take place between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Traffic control set up will be monitored by City.
