City of Petersburg Government Offices Closed on Memorial Day
Petersburg City government offices will be closed on Monday, May 27, during the Memorial Day holiday. Offices will reopen during regular business hours on Tuesday, May 28. Petersburg Area Transit Administrative offices and bus service (including Paratransit) will also be closed.
Dogwood Trace Golf Course will be open on Memorial Day during normal business hours.
All CVWMA trash collections will be on a one-day delay during the week of Memorial Day. There will be no collections on Monday, May 27. Trash pickup in Petersburg will slide to the following day. Red Week recycling collections also will slide to the following day. Collections normally scheduled for Friday will occur on Saturday. For more information, go to www.cvwma.com/holidays.
