Petersburg Receives Community Service Award from the Friends of the Lower Appomattox River (FOLAR)!
The Government Agency Award has been presented to the City of Petersburg, Mayor Sam Parham and City Manager Stuart Turille along with City Council leadership and staff support for making significant advancements in support of expanding the Petersburg section of the Appomattox River Trail as showcased by the newly opened University Boulevard Trailhead.
