[ARCHIVED] Petersburg City Government Offices Closed On Labor Day

All Petersburg City government offices will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of Labor Day. This includes Petersburg Area Transit and all bus service operations. All City offices will reopen on Tuesday, September 7 for normal hours of operation.

Dogwood Trace Golf Course will be open on Labor Day. Visit www.dogwoodtracegolf.com to book a tee time.

Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) residential recycling and trash collections will be delayed one day for the week of September 6. For additional information about CVWMA programs, go to www.cvwma.com.

Petersburg City Council, City Manager Stuart Turille and the Petersburg administrative team would like to thank all city employees for their hard work and dedication in serving the residents and businesses of Petersburg.
