Petersburg City government offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2021 in observance of Memorial Day.
Closed offices include: City Hall, City Hall Annex, Fiscal Management Building, Parks & Leisure Services, Office of Development and Operations, Blandford Cemetery Records Office, Social Services, Petersburg Public Library (drive thru), Petersburg Area Transit (PAT) Administrative offices, and Greyhound.
PAT Bus service (including Paratransit) will not operate on Monday, May 31st.
Dogwood Trace Golf Course (www.dogwoodtracegolf.com) will remain open on Monday, May 31st during regular hours.
Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) residential recycling and trash collections will be delayed by one day. No collections will be made on Monday (May 31st); thus, all collections during this week will occur on the day following the normal collection day. Friday collections will occur on Saturday.
