From October 28 through November 18 Southern Construction Utilities will be working on Defense Rd from Baylor's La to Boydton Plank Rd. They are working for the City repairing the pavement. Work will be from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm daily. One lane will be closed and two way traffic will be maintained by use of flaggers. No detours are required.
