Water Line Break in Petersburg Repaired
Water flowing from the line break that happened in Petersburg on Sunday has been stopped, and all water tanks in the City should be full by Tuesday at noon. A new valve was installed today, and line replacements will continue tomorrow. Some Petersburg residents may experience low pressure until all tanks are full.
A Boil Water notice remains in effect, with water testing ongoing until Thursday, July 11.
Petersburg City Government offices will resume normal operations on Tuesday, July 9.
