Community Homebuying Resource Fair in Petersburg
In honor of Home Ownership Month, the City of Petersburg and RISECO invite you to attend the Community Homebuying Resource Fair on June 28, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Petersburg Public Library, situated at 201 West Washington Street.
This Housing Fair aims to foster community development and wealth creation through homeownership. The event will bring together representatives from financial institutions, government agencies, non-profits, and real estate professionals to provide valuable information and assistance to potential homebuyers.
Attendees will learn about mortgage application procedures, lending requirements, down payment assistance programs, grants, credit repair and readiness, and other crucial steps toward homeownership. In addition, participants will receive a complimentary boxed meal, door prizes, and a vendor fair.
