City of Petersburg Government Offices Closed on Memorial Day
Petersburg City government offices will be closed on Monday, May 29 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Offices will reopen during normal business hours on Tuesday, May 30. Petersburg Area Transit Administrative offices and bus service (including Paratransit) will also be closed.
Dogwood Trace Golf Course will be open on Memorial Day during normal business hours.
All CVWMA trash collections will be on a one-day delay during the week of Memorial Day. There will be no collections on Monday, May 29. Trash pickup in Petersburg will slide to the following day. Red Week recycling collections also will slide to the following day. Collections normally scheduled for Friday will occur on Saturday. For more information, go to www.cvwma.com/holidays.
