City of Petersburg Budget Presentation Workshops
The City of Petersburg will host two budget workshops to review the proposed FY 2022/2023 Operating and CIP Budgets with Petersburg residents.
“We want citizens to have the opportunity prior to the public hearing on the Budget to participate in discussions with the City Financial Team to better understand the budget process and priorities,” said Mayor Sam Parham.
The public workshops will be held on Wednesday, April 13 and Thursday, April 14 from 6pm to 8pm in the Petersburg Public Library at 201 W. Washington Street. There will be line-item budget presentations by the Department of Finance followed by a question-and-answer session.
The public hearing on the FY2022/2023 proposed Operating and CIP budgets are scheduled for April 19.
