Closed roads in Petersburg due to ice storm

The following roads are currently closed in Petersburg due to trees in the roadway and downed power lines. Petersburg public safety teams, streets teams, and Dominion crews are working to clear the area. Avoid the area and expect delays! Please remember to stay safe inside your homes as the roads are icy and dangerous.

a. S. Crater Road between Weyanoke Street and Claremont Street
b. Defense Road between Baylors Lane and Johnson Road
c. Baxter Road between Travis Lane and Travis Lane
d. Halifax Street between Vaughan Road and Flank Road
e. East Blvd between West Tuckahoe and Weyanoke Street
f. Monticello Street between S. Blvd and Glenroy Street
g. 1500 Block of Brandon Avenue (Dead-end)
