Agendas and Minutes
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
An application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) must be submitted and complete at least 14 calendar days before the meeting. The application should be directed to the Secretary of the ARB / Preservation Planner with the Department of Planning and Community Development by email or hard copy at:

A COA is required for all exterior work including but not limited to:
Depending on the type and scale of work, the Preservation Planner may be able to approve a COA application administratively, without it being reviewed by the ARB. Projects should be discussed with the Preservation Planner before work begins to determine appropriateness and the level of review required.
