For the convenience of motorists traveling North on I-95, the City operates a second visitors' center at the Carson Rest Area, south of Petersburg. Staff is available to answer questions regarding tourist attractions, lodging and dining in the greater Petersburg area. In addition, an exhibition highlights various aspects of Petersburg's history.
