Child Protective Services
Programs that support the family goals of economic, self-sufficiency and child development by providing substitute parental care, protection, guidance and early childhood education.

Employment Services
The Virginia Initiative for Employment not Welfare (VIEW) offers the opportunity for recipients to achieve economic independence. Emphasis is on work first in conjunction with education and training when it may enhance the participant’s ability to become self-sufficient.
