Planning Commission Schedule 2013
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission is held on the first (1st) Wednesday of each month. (When a meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following Wednesday, unless otherwise designated by the Commission.) Applications for requests for placement on the Planning Commission agenda should be submitted to the Clerk of Council at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting date. A pre-submission meeting should be scheduled with the Planning Department to discuss the requirements and content for a complete application/submission. The notice/advertising of a required public hearing for a zoning request, or any other matter requiring a public hearing, is initially published two weeks prior to a regular meeting.
