LOCATION: City Hall Council Chambers (3rd Floor) 135 North Union Street, Petersburg, VA 23803 TIME: 7:00 pm The ARB meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. In December the board meets only on the 2nd Wednesday. Applications for a COA must be submitted approximately fourteen calendar days before the meeting. They should be directed to the Secretary of the ARB/ Preservation Planner with the Department of Planning & Community Development, City Hall, Room 304, 135 North Union Street. A COA is required for all exterior work (including but not limited to) windows, doors, siding, masonry, roofing, dependency buildings, fences & signs.
