ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

The ARB meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. In the month of December the board meets only on the 2nd Wednesday. An application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) must be submitted at least fourteen calendar days before the meeting. The application should be directed to the Secretary of the ARB/ Preservation Planner with the Department of Planning & Community Development, City Hall, Room 304, 135 North Union Street. A COA is required for all exterior work (including but not limited to) windows, doors, siding, masonry, roofing, dependency buildings, fences & signs.
