DUTIES: Performs skilled and technical work in the installation and support of computer equipment in a network environment; does related work as required. Work is performed under regular supervision of the Information Technology Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associates Degree or graduation from an accredited two-year technical school with major course work in Computer Science/Information Systems/Networking. Comptia A+ certifications or Microsoft MCDST Certification required. Minimum of one year of experience in the installation and support of Microsoft PCs, Laptops, Printers, Modems, USB Drives, and other computer equipment.
