The Accounting Division is responsible for the accurate and timely posting of the computer-based accounting records. These records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The division publishes the annual financial report and is responsible for the accurate preparation of the
bi-weekly payroll.
Goals
Develop a procedures manual for service department that addresses payroll, travel, purchasing, and accounting requirements.
Train employees in the use of software to assist in the preparation of supporting schedules for the annual audit.
