Note:  Respondents to Bids and RFP's are required to be registered with the City of Petersburg Purchasing Department.  It is the respondents (contractor, bidder, engineer, etc.) responsibility to verify that they have acquired all documents, drawings, forms, changes and addendums prior to submitting their bids and proposals to the Purchasing Department.
